Regulators warn against Capital Pilots, CodexFX, Swiss AZ and others

European financial regulators have added numerous investments services on their blacklists during the last week.

The FCA from the United Kingdom and the FSMA from Belgium have warned to public against unregulated financial and investment services that we have put together in the following list.

Not only are these services breaking the law by soliciting residents of EU countries, but since they are not regulated, it also means that their clients are not protected in any way, deposits on clients’ accounts are not insured.
